These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the Masscer platform and its associated services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.


1. Who We Are

Masscer is a platform that facilitates access, use, and customization of the most advanced artificial intelligence technologies, including leading models developed by OpenAI, Anthropic, and other open-source models. Our goal is to democratize access to artificial intelligence, making it accessible, customizable, and private for everyone.

2. Registration and Access

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use our Services. If you are under 18, you will need parental or legal guardian permission to use the platform.

2.2 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for Masscer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you must have the authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.


3. Use of Our Services

3.1 What You Can Do

By agreeing to these Terms, you may access and use Masscer Services for personal, professional, or educational purposes, as long as you comply with all applicable laws and the platform’s usage policies.

3.2 What You Cannot Do

You are not allowed to:

  • Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of the Services.
  • Extract data or results automatically or programmatically without authorization.

  • Use the results generated by the Services to develop products or models that compete with Masscer.

Some Services may include integrations with third-party software, products, or services. These are subject to their own terms and conditions, and Masscer is not responsible for them.


4. Content

4.1 Your Content

You may provide information to the Services (“Input”) and receive results generated by the platform based on that information (“Outputs”). You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and relevance of your Content.

4.2 Ownership of Content

  • You retain ownership of the Input you provide.
  • You own the Outputs generated by Masscer Services, to the extent permitted by law.

4.3 Our Use of Content

Masscer may use your Content to:

  • Operate and improve the Services.
  • Comply with applicable laws.
  • Ensure the security and functionality of the platform.

If you do not want your Content to be used to improve the AI models, you can opt out by following the instructions provided in our Privacy Policy.


5. Accuracy of Outputs

The outputs generated by Masscer are based on artificial intelligence models and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. By using the Services, you agree that:

  • Outputs should be reviewed and evaluated before reliance.
  • Outputs should not be used for critical decision-making, such as legal, medical, financial, or employment decisions.

6. Security and Privacy

7. Paid Accounts

7.1 Billing

If you purchase paid services, you are required to provide complete and accurate billing information. Your payment method will be charged automatically based on your subscription’s renewal cycle unless you cancel it.

7.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

7.3 Price Changes

Masscer reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, providing you with at least 30 days’ notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal.


8. Termination and Suspension

Masscer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • It is required to comply with legal obligations.
  • Your use of the Services poses a risk to the security or privacy of other users.

If your account remains inactive for more than 12 months and does not have active paid services, your account may be deleted.


9. Limitation of Liability

Masscer shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
  • Loss of data, income, or profits, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The total liability of Masscer shall not exceed the payment for the last month in which the incident occurred.


10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory, or technical reasons. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.


11. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable federal laws in Mexico. Any dispute shall be resolved before the federal courts located in Toluca, State of Mexico, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their current or future domiciles or for any other reason.
